Today, the Plasencia Reserva Original is crafted from the same organic tobacco crops, certified by the Organic Crop Improvement Association (OCIA). The Plasencias cultivate all the tobaccos for this blend—binder, filler, and wrapper—completely free of pesticides and insecticides on their Nicaraguan farms. The cigar offers tasting notes of earth, vanilla, cereal, and Turkish spices, ending with a sweet and unique finish.
